Sensei Ron Lyen, has 26 years of martial arts experience and is a 3rd degree black belt in Siling Labuyo Arnis, as well as a 2nd degree black belt in Northern Shaolin 5 Animal Kung Fu.You will learn practical, simple, and unadorned
fighting method that focuses on alive training:
stick counters : (Striking / blocking)
simple disarming
knife techniques
Footwork
