If you are interested in learning how to defend yourself,  then sign up for our 6 weeks training workshop. Learn to walk in confidence and not fear!
You will learn how to use different strikes, kick, and block. Defend yourself against hold, grabs, takedown. Basic throwing and wrist locks techniques, and most important, defend yourself when you are on the ground.
The classes weill run on 6 consecutive Saturdays from 1:30 – 3pm. Starting on May 20th
